After running about 15 km (10 miles) those runners are just warming up. There are still 31 km ahead of them to finish two oceans marathon in Cape Town. They are a beautiful example how to have happiness along the way to the finish.
We already shared some thinking time, today I want to dig deeper with you:

But in which direction are we running?
Often we consider speed as more essential than the direction. If speed is more essential than the direction, we most likely will be ending up earlier in as situation we don’t want! That’s why I keep doing the following exercise over and over again, in average about once a month.
