Climbing Chapmans Peaks on Two Oceans Marathon in Cape Town, South Africa, and I was ready to give up … but in managed at least the first 42 km of it, enjoying the view and a lot of thinking time along the way.

But in which direction are we running?
Often we consider speed as more essential than the direction. If speed is more essential than the direction, we most likely will be ending up earlier in as situation we don’t want! That’s why I keep doing the following exercise over and over again, in average about once a month.
